Terms used in this document:
‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ – refer to the company of Seratique, ‘you’ and ‘your’ – refer to the customer. In placing an order it is assumed that you have read and agreed with the following terms and conditions.

Each parcel will be charged at the rate of £3.95 unless the order is less than £90 in which case is qualifies for free delivery. We tend to use Royal Mail for our parcel service.
At present we only ship to UK addresses. In the unlikely event where the volume of items chosen mean that exceed the postal charged, postage may be recalculated. If this happens you will be informed and given the opportunity to change or cancel your order. This is only likely where large orders are placed and the postal cost is unnecessarily high.

We endeavour to dispatch most orders within 28 days and provided the fabric is in stock it should be sooner. However your order may take longer if out of stock. If the item ordered is to be delayed we will endeavour to keep you informed on progress. Delivery times are estimated only, we cannot guarantee a delivery date but we will fulfil orders as soon as possible. We cannot accept responsibility for location or adverse weather conditions that may cause delays to your delivery. Busy periods and larger orders may affect your order being processed but we will endeavour to keep you informed as far as possible.

Orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email.
Please ensure that billing and shipping address details are correct prior to placing your order as we will be unable to redirect any orders once dispatched.

A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. This is not a named person delivery service and can be signed for by anyone within the given address. We are not liable for loss or missing orders once it has been signed for in this manner e.g. if an office block has been given as delivery address. Our items are insured until signed for at the address given by you, our contract fulfilled and liability transfers to you the customer.

We may offer free postage as part of a deal. In this case we will pay our usual postage fee but if you wish to return an item, unless it is faulty you will be responsible to pay the same signed for postage fee that we have paid to send the item(s) to you.

Acceptance of orders:
Your order will be acknowledged by email. Unless you cancel your order, it will be processed and a contract between you and us has been made and will be completed when you are sent a confirmation of dispatch email. Orders will only be accepted directly through this website or at events attended by us.
Orders taken at any event we attend will be processed as soon as possible and you will be informed by email as soon as your order is ready to be dispatched. We ask that if you change your mind that you inform us as soon as possible in order to avoid extra costs to you. For orders made at events we may ask for payment at time of ordering if we know that we have this item in stock as this will speed up your order. Orders may be delayed if an event is taking place over more than one day when we may suspend orders taken on our website, You will be fully informed of the situation if necessary. If for any reason you cancel an order prior to it being processed you will be refunded as soon as possible. Cost may be incurred, by you, if an order has been made up already or dispatched and an item(s) needs to be returned (see returns policy).
Whilst every effort is made to keep the website up to date, errors can occur. Where an item has been mispriced it may be withdrawn from sale as we are under no obligation to sell a product that has been advertised incorrectly. If this happens to an order you have already placed we will contact you to discuss options if you are still interested in an item after necessary amendments to description/error.

No item may be reserved as our collection is limited. Due to the nature of our stock it may not be possible to order multiples of an item or previously stocked items. If you wish to place an order of multiples please contact us first to discuss possibilities.

There will be no cash alternative to any promotional offer, offers will be specific, non-transferable, date restricted and will not be accepted in conjunction with any other offer, nor will they be accepted after a use by date. We reserve the right to have the final say in any dispute over such offers reserving the right to stop or withdraw an offer without notice to customers. When an offer includes multiple items, and one is to be returned, both must be returned as part of the deal or this is likely to affect any refunds where items will be restored to their original full price reducing refunds.
Free gifts will be non-exchangeable, there will be no cash alternative and will be considered to be part of a sale and should be returned with a returned order. The exception will be when more than one item is ordered and the free gift remains with a relevant, purchased item(s).

Prize draws:                                                                                                                                                                                We regularly hold prize draws and offer a prize for one winner. This prize is non-transferable, is not exchangeable for any other item nor is there a cash equivalent. If it is a discount voucher there may be a time limit on its use. Management reserve the right to withdraw a prize and has the final decision in the event of any dispute.

Product Information:
Whilst we endeavour to display items and accurate descriptions, sometimes the colour vary depending upon batch and print. Items may also be distorted depending upon device used to view website. Sizes given are approximate and for guidance only. Please ensure that you check our sizes. If you are unsure do not hesitate to ask us either on facebook or by email we are happy to help.
Due to the nature of our stock it may not be possible to order multiples of an item unless agreed with us first. If you do require multiples of an item please contact us to discuss options. Most of our stock is hand-made to order and dependent upon available fabrics, which is subject to change due to availability and batches where colours and shades may vary. This means that no guarantee can be made until new stock has been purchase by us. This also means that our range is full of limited editions and much of our range has co-ordinating items available too.

If an item is faulty or damaged when you receive it please inform us as soon as possible so that the item may be repaired or a replacement arranged, any postage incurred will be refunded at our standard delivery rate (see shipping). Please ensure that the item(s) is appropriately protected and secure when packaging it to be returned to us. You are responsible if a returned parcel does not arrive or has been damaged in the post. When an item is no longer available we will contact you via email to discuss possibilities and options available to us.
As our items are hand made to order we cannot accept returns of any items unless we have agreed in advance. You will be responsible for cost and risk of loss or damage for any goods returned if you have simply changed your mind. Goods must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed re-sellable condition with original tags still attached. Any free gifts must also be returned as they are considered part of the sale and you may be charged for the free item(s) if you do not. You must ensure that the item(s) arrives back to us in an undamaged state as goods that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. It may be necessary for us to make a deduction from your reimbursement for loss of value of the goods returned to us due to unnecessary handling by you. You are responsible for return postage of any item(s) and you will not be refunded for any postage paid by you for delivery to you or us. Any agreed refund will be made to you, using the same method that purchases were made, unless this is deemed not possible. Refund will be made to you within 14 days of the item(s) being received by us.
Where an offer has been purchased and part of the order is to be returned the retained items are then restored to their original full price unless the full offer or deal is returned (see promotions). You will receive a refund after any deductions for the full priced item(s) retained by you.
You must notify us as soon as possible if you wish to return any item(s) as returned items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you. This excludes made to order items.
Exchanges cannot be processed at present and you will need to make a new order for a replacement item as many of our items are limited and may not be available in other sizes. Other sizes may be ordered for delivery at a later date if the fabric is available. If they are not available immediately, it may still be possible to order a different size but you will need to contact us to discuss options available.

Mystery packs:
​There are no returns on mystery packs as stock is considered sold as seen at great discount. Being sold as a set, part of the set will not be accepted for return as this affects the value of each individual item which would be returned to the initial sale price of each individual item.

Earrings:                                                                                                                                                                                      Due to hygiene issues earrings/ body jewellery cannot be returned. In the event of earrings arriving damaged please contact me as soon as possible so that the issue can be resolved. 

Cancelling orders:
Unless you cancel your order it will be processed and a contract between you and us has began and will be completed when you are sent a confirmation of dispatch email. Cancellation can be done by email at but you will need to do this as soon as possible before your order has been processed. If an order has already been dispatched you will be liable for postage to you as well as return postage to us if you wish to return the item(s). Orders will only be accepted through this website or at events attended by us.

Please ensure that you are authorised to use cards used to make purchases from us. It may be necessary to decline your order if payment is not made or authorisation is refused for card payments. We will not be liable for delays caused by such issues

Privacy policy:
Your personal details will not be shared by us unless required by law. The information that we need from you are contact details such as name; email address; billing address; delivery address; payment details and phone number. Any information requested will only be what we need to process your order and send you relevant updates. Newsletters and information on our range, or offers that may interest you will be sent to you by email if you chose to receive them. You have the option to opt out at any time if you wish.
If you wish to share information on our web page or social networks that will always be your choice. Social networks have their own regulations and whilst we enjoy your feedback and sharing of our website, views and opinions placed on social networks are not always shared by us and is used at your own risk.

Use of this website is your choice and we accept no liability for any virus incurred by you as a result of using this website.
